NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to, AADS Office Solutions Int’l, LLC, 2136 E Mountain Sky Ave Phoenix, Arizona 85048-9142. This will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. IAW FAR 19.1506(b) a sole source award will be made to AADS Office Solutions. Scope: The Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to complete sequential relocation of AFTC Headquarters organizations to include office equipment (computers, monitors, keyboards, printers, etc.), supplies, file cabinets, shelving, refrigerators, television sets, safes, storage containers, white boards, wall hangings, office furniture, and associated items for approximately 115 personnel from building 2800, office trailer in building 1 parking lot and on base warehouse back into building 1. This will be a multiple phase move. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 484210 and the size standard is $30,000,000.
