The Forest Service is requesting industry input on a draft solicitation for refrigerated trailer units in support of fire suppression and all-risk incidents. When finalized, a standard solicitation will be issued on a Regional basis throughout the United States. Comments must be provided via electronic mail to [email protected] no later than close of business, November 30, 2007. Telephone inquiries/comments will not be accepted. This draft is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation for the receipt of offers. All information contained in the draft solicitation is preliminary, subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The requested comments are for information purposes only; there will be no formal posting of any comments received, but they may be considered by the government.
