SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH Perris Valley Aviation Services Inc. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 481219. The following will be procured as follows: Aircraft and pilots necessary to support parachute test operations and test, training and proficiency The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
