This is to provide a Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis to provide all personnel, equipment, material and other items necessary to provide the folloiwng: 0001 Provide library books on an as-needed basis, including on approval, on firm order, and on standing order. The period of performance will be from 1 Oct 08 to 31 Mar 09. Qty: 1 lump sum The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Coutts Library Services under purchase request number F2XHE18184A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this award is 424920 with a size standard of 500 employees. Delivery is FOB destination. No request for proposals will be issued. The purpose of this sole source acquisition is to allow adequate time to solicit and award a competitive contact with a 6-month basic period, and four (4) one-year options by 1 Apr 09.
