NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE USPFO NC, Raleigh, NC intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis on or about 3/15/2014 to Career Training Concepts, Inc Reference FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The prospective contractor shall provide 112 cartons of HEAR an antibullying school presentation targeted to high students and available exclusively to the Army National Guard for purchase. The prospective contractor shall also provide 38 cartons of 36th edition CD2 comprehensive career guidance program sold exclusively to the Army National Guard with Guard branding and back-cover advertisement, USPFO NC intends to execute this action as a sole source to Career Training Concepts, Inc. Career Training Concepts, Inc is the only company capable of providing these programs because they are copyrighted and owned by CTC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 424920 with the size standard of 500 employees. The intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities, which, if received within ten calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by USPFO NC.
