The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 & 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Career Training Concepts. a small business, for: 222 Cases: 1 Case includes: 100 Student Workbooks 100 Student Survey scan forms 1 presentation CD-ROM Instructor Notes quote mark Included in slideshow quote mark Promotional Artwork (Posters/Banners) At the current time the sole source determination is based on proprietary product that is produced and available from only source. Only the one known supplier can produce and provide all items listed above as one requirement. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 424920. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide an equal product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time within (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement.
