The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition. Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to REINHART FOODS for food services for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD Annual Training at CAMP DODGE, IA. during the month of MAY 2010. REINHART FOODS is the only food service company with an IDIQ (Indefinite delivery Indefinite quantity) food service contract with CAMP DODGE, IA . A determination not to compete this procurement was made because REINHART FOODS is the only authorized company working directly with the WAARNG.
