The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with Safeware, Inc. for storage, accountability, monthly and annual maintenance, repairs (as needed) and operational support services, needed repairs to Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) for inspection and or repair. For a Base and four (4) Option Years. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
