This is not a request for competitive proposals. Culligan Water is the only contractor in the area that provides both the equipment, installation of the equipment and the regular service required by equipment. The NAICS code for this action is 333319. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. US Customs and Border Protection requires that all contractors doing business with the Agency must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
