SPECIAL NOTICE WITH INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Phillips Corporation ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to Phillips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Suite 200, Hanover, MD 21076-1768. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center, Department of Public Works requires the purchase of a Thermwood 5-axis CNC Router previously leased from Phillips Corporation under Contract No. W912HZ-10-C-0016, with an option to buy. Phillips Corporation is the only source capable of providing the router under this agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333512, Machine Tool (Metal Cutting Types) Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
