61--The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting,intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with SIUS Target Systems USA to provide an ATE 202 Known Distance Target/Lifting Motor.

This requirement requires the contractor to furnish all parts, shipping and warranties necessary for the item requested. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
