The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price agreement with EOS of North America, Inc. (Novi, MI) for the purpose of funding one (1) P3XX Premium Software Maintenance Agreement Renewal. Based on market research performed by Government experts in the field, it has been determined that EOS of North America, Inc. is the sole provider of the requested P3XX Premium Software Maintenance Agreement and no other services or supplies will satisfy agency requirements. There are no authorized resellers. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
