Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) Individual Weapon System (IWS) hardware

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition, Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) Individual Weapon System (IWS) hardware, which is solely manufactured by Cubic Simulation Systems, Inc. Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) Individual Weapon System (IWS) hardware will be used for seaborne activity to support training operations at Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility (FACSFAC) Detachment (DET) Southern California Offshore Range (SCORE), San Diego, CA. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).
