--Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award for Otologic Drill and Microdebrider (XPS 3000)

Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for one set of a System-17, Visao Otologic Drill and one ech System 15-XPS 3000 Straightshop Microdebrider. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement. The suggested contractor is American Medical Depot, 4380 NW 135th Street, Opa Locka, FL 33054-4418, an 8(a), small disadvantaged business. Material is to be utilized by the ENT Surgical Department, Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
