65--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Purchase of NeXus-32 Biofeedback System

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Stens Corporation in the amount of $69,970.30 to purchase the NeXus-32 with BioTrace+ Biofeedback System. Mind Media of Holland is the manufacturer of this equipment of which Stens Corporation has sole U. S. rights for distribution of the equipment. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
