Short Description of Requirement: The Government intends to award to provide Commercial Off-the Shelf Software (COTS) licenses and software maintenance and support that will provide the Headquarters Information Systems Engineering Command (HQISEC) network with continuous use of the NetApp software and firmware, all upgrades and patches, replacement hardware for the system and access to 24 hour technical support. The period of performance for this contract is a base period of 12 months from date of award. FAR Clause 52.217-8; Option to Extend Services, will be incorporated. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price Contract on an all or none basis, to the lowest priced offer that meets all the terms and conditions of the solicitation. You must provide evidence if your company is an Authorized Re-Seller of this product. Nonecompliance may result in rejection of your offer.
