Sole Source - Code-1 Plus Software Maintenance Support

The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a sole source delivery order to Immix Technology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102 off of their GSA Schedule. This task order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6, Limited Sources, Multiple Award Schedule Program. DHRA requires contractor software maintenance/license support to provide support to the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). Code 1 Plus and Universal Address Module (UAM), a service within the Customer Data Quality technology platform, have been integral in providing solutions supporting DMDC's high volume, mission critical Person Data Repository. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under in accordance with FAR Part 8 and Part 12. This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-61 Effective 15 October 2012 and DPN 20120906.
