The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Service (ERS) intends to award a sole source contract to Cambridge Connections, LLC located in Michigan. The service support is for Cambridge Connections to provide the Laserfiche document management system (DMS) software/licenses, configuration, training, and integration support services. Specific professional services include: DMS application analysis and design; Server configuration; Lacerfiche Document Managing System installation and configuration; Define and institute workflows and businesses processes; User support and training for staff (users and administrators); Integration with the Umbraco web content management system; integration with Active Directory; Implement templates; and provide Testing and quality assurance. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. No solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide this service are encouraged to identify themselves and provide a substantive statement with descriptive literature and any other supporting information to the Contract Specialist within 4 days of publication of this notice. All information received within 4 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government to determine if more than one firm can meet the Government's requirements and is capable of performing the intended task(s).
