NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - 50310219P0176

This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a sole source fixed price contract to Grayshift, LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The period of performance will be 12 months. Service will begin on 9/24/2019 and will end 9/23/2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423430 and the annual size standard is 500 employees. This notice is published for information purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements herein may submit a written response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company's ability to meet the requirements herein.
