The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) Office of Design and Construction (ODC), Office of Project Delivery, Program Risk Management Division (PCBB) intends to make a sole-source award to Gordian Group Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking to provide facility construction and facility maintenance and operations cost data, suitable for new construction and repair and alteration projects, for use in an internal GSA-specific definitive cost estimating application, currently under development by GSA. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 423430. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
