Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source delivery order to OSDI Midwest, Inc. 8031 W. Center Road, Suite 308, Omaha, NE 68124, for Smeadlink File Room Barcode Scanner Software, Training, Installation and Labor. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because OSDI Midwest, Inc. is the only authorized vendor of Smeadlink products in Western Nebraska and Eastern Iowa.
