99--Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract--Hewlett-Packard ("HP") Printer / Scanner Maintenance Renewal.

The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region ("ACC-NCR"), on the behalf of the OA-22 Headquarters, Army G-1, Civilian Personnel ("CP") - CISD, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2) - Exceptions to the fair opportunity process, to Hewlett-Packard Company, 6600 Rockledge Drive, Suite 150, Bethesda, MD 20817-1806. Hewlett-Packard Company will provide printer / scanner maintenance support. The place of performance for this work shall be OA-22 Headquarters, in Fort Belvoir, VA. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price ("FFP") contract. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes.
