Justification for the Sole Source is due to the requirement to interface with the currently accredited equipment, system and software, which are proprietary to ELSAG North America. However, the government will consider all quotes received within 1 day after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
