The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency Requirements, to Airborne Systems for 1 Masterline Booster Pump. New enhanced capacity Parachutist O2 Bailout Bottles were purchased under the Soldier Enhancement Program and will be tested at the Military Freefall School in Yuma, AZ. Two booster pumps, capable of filling the new Bailout Bottles to higher pressures are required to perform testing. The intent is to perform limited test and evaluation to determine the ability of the Masterline booster pump to charge the enhanced capacity Bailout Bottles to required pressures, and will leverage concurrent User evaluation testing of the Bailout Bottles themselves.
