The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS)/National Veterinary Stockpile Facility in Kansas City, MO intends to award a sole source, five year Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract for Universal (briefcase/pistol grip style) Captive Bolt Kits and Powerload charges to Bunzl Processor Division, LLC, DUNS: 007169634, CAGE Code: 82544 This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 13.501(a)(i)(ii) and 2(ii) The property or services needed are available from only one responsible qualified source at this time and no other type of property or services will satisfy these needs. USDA APHIS NVSL needs to ensure that they purchase the exact same captive bolts for optimum guarantee of form fit and function due to all the agency training being conducted nationwide.
