In accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1), the MT ARNG intends to award a sole source award to Mobile Team Challenge, LLC (DUNS 007539661) for the purchase of the Low Ropes Course in the amount of $8,767.60. The justification is as follows: MT ARNG seeks to purchase the Low Ropes Course from Mobile Team Challenge for the purpose of team-building for use by the Joint Counter Narcotics Task Force. Only Mobile Team Challenge can provide the Low Ropes Course due to being the exclusive manufacturer and the patent holder.
