THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS: 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing (size standard 750 EMP). Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. The New Hampshire Air National Guard is conducting market research to identify potential suppliers who can provide fitness equipment. The equipment should meet the salient characteristics described in each CLIN as follows: CLIN 0001- Step Mill/Climber (QTY = 2 EA) - Be of commercial-grade construction and specifications - Ability to permit users to select from multiple resistance settings - Powered user console with multi-color LED display - Contact and telemetric heart-rate monitors - Programmable settings to allow users to select multiple workouts - Bluetooth connectivity permitting users to sync item with their smart devices - Console mounted blower fan to keep users cool/dry during workout - USB ports for user device charging and software updates/maintenance CLIN 0002 -Recumbent Bicycle (QTY = 2 EA) - Be of commercial-grade construction and specifications - Include 45 degree pivoting arm rests to maximize comfort and accommodate users with disabilities - Bluetooth connectivity permitting users to sync bicycle with their smart devices - Ability to support a maximum user weight of at least 400 lbs - Powered console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) - Programmable settings that allow users to select from multiple workouts - USB port for device charge and software updates CLIN 0003 – Treadmill with Slats (QTY= 2 EA) - Be of commercial-grade construction and specifications - Include a durable long-lasting track - Include contact and telemetric heart rate monitors - Ability to support a maximum user weight of at least 350 lbs - Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) - Programmable settings that allow users to select from multiple workouts - Bluetooth connectivity to allow users to sync treadmill to their smart devices - Console fan to keep users cool/dry during workouts CLIN 0004- Treadmill (QTY = 2 EA) - Be of commercial grade construction and specifications - Include a durable long-lasting track - Ability to support a maximum user weight of at least 350 lbs - Include a shock absorption system to protect muscles and joints - Include a contact heart rate monitor - Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) - Programmable settings that permit users to select different workouts - USB Port for charging user devices and software updates - WARRANTY: at least 2 yrs on the fame, at least 2 years on the motor, at least 2 years on the electrical components, at least 1 year on the mechanical components, at least 6 months on the surface treatments, and at least 1 year on the labor CLIN 0005- Water Rower (QTY = 1 EA) - Be of commercial grade construction and specifications - Ability to support a maximum user weight of at least 350 lbs - Include a heart rate tracking monitor - WARRANTY: at least 5 years on the frame, at least 3 years on the polycarbonate tank and seals, at least 2 years on the electrical components, at least 2 years on the mechanical components, at least 2 years on the surface treatments, and at least 3 months on the labor CLIN 0006- Elliptical (QTY = 4 EA) - Be of commercial grade construction and specifications - Include moving handles with multiple grips - Include multiple resistance settings - Ability to support a wide variety of stride lengths to support users of varying heights - Ability to provide resistance to upper and lower body - Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) - USB Port for charging user devices and software updates - WARRENTY: at least 2 years on the frame, at least 2 years on the motor, at least 2 years on the electrical components, at least 2 years on the mechanical components, at least 6 months on surface treatments, and at least 1 year on the labor CLIN 0007 – Group Fitness Multi Jungle (QTY = 1 EA) -Be of commercial grade construction and specifications -Have a modular design with ability to customize equipment for small group settings -Include at least one suspension chin up bar -Include at least one rock grip chin up bar -Include at least one boxing bag connector -Have multiple storage shelves -Have at least four battle rope attachments with no fewer than six u-link adjacent columns -Have at least one step up platform -Include a multiple power pivot attachment -Include a rebounder for medicine ball activities - WARRANTY: at least 3 months on the labor, at least 3 months on the springs, at least 1 year on the bearings, at least 1 year on the cables, at least 1 year on the grips, blocks and pulleys; at least 5 years on the rods, at least 10 years on the frame, at least 3 months on the hardware/mechanical components, and at least 2 months on the cosmetics. CLIN 0008 – Elliptical (QTY = 2 EA) -Be of commercial grade construction and specifications -Ability to support maximum user weight of at least 350 lbs -Ability to accommodate a wide range of stride lengths to accommodate users of various heights -Include moving handle bars with dual movement to permit users to exercise different muscle groups -Allow users to select from different resistance settings - Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) -Programmable settings that permit users to select different workouts -Bluetooth connectivity to allow users to synch elliptical to their smart devices -USB Port for charging user devices and software updates -WARRANTY: at least 7 years on the frame, at least 5 years on the motor, at least 3 years on the parts, at least 3 years on the console/screen, and at least 1 year on the labor CLIN 0009 – Slatted Curved Treadmill (QTY = 3 EA) -Be of commercial grade construction and specifications -Include a durable long-lasting track -User console with the ability to track speed, distance, time, and heart rate at a minimum - WARRANTY: at least 10 years on the frame, at least 5 years on the drive/motor/belt, at least 3 years on all other components, and at least 1 year on the labor CLIN 0010 – Air Bike (QTY – 1 EA) -Be of commercial grade construction and specifications -Ability to support maximum user weights of at least 350 lbs - Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) -WARRENTY- at two years on all components CLIN 0011 – Rower (QTY = 1 EA) -Be of commercial grade construction and specifications -Ability to support a maximum user weight of at least 350 lbs -Include multiple resistance settings -Powered use console with multi-colored LED display (Display must include heart-rate, speed, time and distance readouts at a minimum) CLIN 0012 – Assembly & Installation (QTY = 1 JOB) -On-site assembly & installation of CLINS 0001 - 0011 In responding to this sources sought, please also include the estimated unit price of each cabinet as described.
