Q--BPA for Fixed and Removable Dental Lab Services for the Roseburg Oregon VA Medical Center

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RVAMC), Roseburg, Oregon intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide Dental Laboratory Services for the VARHS Dental Department located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR. The Government is seeking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a vendor(s) who are capable of providing dental laboratory services. See the Statement of Work. Responses will not be accepted after 12:00PM PST on 29 January 2011.
