The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government intends to award the contract to IScience Interventional Corporation, (dba) IScience Surgical Corporation for the purchase of one (1) Opthalmic Imaging System, 80MHz model ultrasound scanner, called the iUltraSound (trade marked name)imaging system, with i-Cap.
