INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with DENTALEZ ALABAMA dba NEVIN LABS 5000 S. Halsted Street, Chicago, IL 60609 for a Four Technician Pedestal Workstation required for the opening of the Orlando Lake Nona Dental Clinic. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for competitive proposals; however any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by 3pm EST April 14, 2015 via email to
