Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the US Army MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Lacey WA, intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract in the amount of $147,129.00 to Wright Medical Technology, Inc for various ORIF Implants and Screws that will be used in patient specific surgical procedures as identified by the Surgeon located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, FT Riley KS, Department of Surgery. The Surgeon has deternmined that these products will best meet the individual patient's medical needs at the time of surgery. All products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued . Any firm that believes that it can provide the stated supplies can submitt supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
