The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), National Activations Office (NAO) intends to issue a sole source for the above Chaparral items. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting competition; soliciting from a single source (including brand name), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2.
