This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) is proposing to negotiate a contract with Medline Industries, LP on a sole source basis for: Cloth Masks, item # JK178 (3Pkg) IAW FAR 6.302-2 Urgent and Compelling need, for a one-time purchase to supply PPE to Caregivers in support of Veterans living in; Medical Foster Homes(MFH) In the community receiving selected home health care services.
