SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 intends to award a sole source contract to ScriptPro USA, Inc., a small business, to install and interface the new ScriptPro SP200 at the Washington, DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, N.W, Washington, DC 20422. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 339113 with a Classification Code of 6515. The expected award date for this contract is on or about August 10, 2018. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting such information by 4:00 P.M., EST, on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
