THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to vendor, Wenger Corporation which will provide Wenger 7-shelf music library system in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6, only one responsible source and no other supply will satisfy agency requirements. Acquisition is for additional shelving to connect/match existing shelving unit for 77th Army Band with Wenger Shelving System. Requirement provides: 7-shelf music library system, 12 units, color: Oyster, corner installation - 1 end panel supplied, installation and freight. All shelving must match/connect to existing shelving by brand and color. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 pm CST, 29 July 2014, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and a Sources Sought Notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
