71--ACC-Orlando intends to award a sole source contract to Commercial Design Services, INC. (CDS), under FAR 13.106-1, to tear-down and reconfigure office spaces with new and existing materials.

This requirement is to design the project, tear-down 12 cubicle workstations, and reconfigure the space with the existing cubicle product and new product to create nine offices with doors. A formal Jusitication and Approval will be posted to the Federal Business opprotunites website within 14 days of award. This notice is not a request for quotes.
