The Defense Security Service Agency (DSS) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis to United Federal Prison for a requirement to provide design services, materials, supplies, office furnitures, labor to install office furnishings, and removal of excess furnishings at the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE). The anticipated award date is September 27, 2013 under NAICS code 337211 for $202,147.20. The period of performance will be for 60 days from the date of contract award. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for informational purposes only; IT IS NOT a request for competitive quotes. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
