Notice of Intent To Award Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Tucker Sno-Cat Corporation for Rod less tracks for Tucker Sno-Cat Groomers. The anticipated award date is 27 August 2012. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is available upon request. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
