The U.S. Army Contracting Command- APG Belvoir Division intends to award on a sole sources basis two (2) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1,Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed sources for this action are Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, TX and DRS Technologies, RSTA, Inc. 100 North Babcock, Melbourne FL. The contracts will have a two (2) year period of performance for the acquisition of Horizontal Technology Integration (HTI) Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) A-Kits/B-Kits, spares, repairs, and engineering & technical services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the total requirement as stated above. Past performance information, i.e. previous contracts and government POCs shall also be included. Responses shall be no longer than ten (10) pages and shall be in a Microsoft Word compatible format. All responders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3.
