19--Justification and Approval (J&A) to increase the contract value of Contract W9113M-11-D-0007

The Government intends to add equipment to the Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract W9113M-11-D-0007. This action is in accordance with Section 3.0 of the Scope of Work which states, quote mark The specific systems that this SOW will support include the following and successor/replacement crafts/items. quote mark This action will result in an increase to the SAIDIQ contract value by $2,500,000. The current effort is awarded to Brunswick Commercial and Government Products, 420 Megan Z Avenue, Edgewater, FL 32132-2166. Funding will be provided at the delivery order level. The J&A for other than full and open competition will be posted to this site upon approval. No solicitations regarding this J&A will be issued. Questions regarding this synopsis shall only be submitted in writing to [email protected]; no telephone calls, facsimile transactions, or in-person inquires will be accepted. All correspondence must reference CNTPO/TORP 0250 J&A 2015. The Government will not be held liable (financially or otherwise) for any cost incurred as a result of this notice or subsequent notices.
