The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government will only favorably consider and evaluate offers that unquestionably and clearly demonstrate the offerors ability to provide the same "Brand Name" or equal system. Product must be "Brand Name". If providing an "Equal" product, please provide the specifications of each item for technical acceptance review.
