The Government intends to issue a brand name (Marion Body Works, Inc), firm fixed price contract for PANEL, BODY, FR, LH, PN 92200076-001, Qty 1 each; PANEL, BODY, MID FR, LH, PN 92200077-001; Qty 1 each; PANEL, BODY, MID RR, LH, PN 92200078-001, Qty 1 each; PANEL, BODY, RR, LH, PN 92200079-001, Qty 1 each.The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) and is not technically authorized to approve sources. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any proposal received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
