The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Wainwright, Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Landoll Corporation of Marysville, KS, for an Upper Deck Engine Package. The resulting contract will be for a single acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 336211 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. No solicitation will be issued. Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or proposals. The government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the preparation of offers or proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
