Solicitation Cancellation -19SF2025Q0004 - Provision of Two (2) Electric Vehicle

In accordance with FAR 14.209 and FAR 15.206(e) , the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town hereby cancels Solicitation No.19SF2025Q0004, originally posted on January 28, 2025 , for the Procurement of Electric Vehicles (EVs) . Following a reassessment of the Consulate's operational and technical requirements, it has been determined that hybrid vehicles are more appropriate to meet mission needs. As a result, the current solicitation for electric vehicles is no longer aligned with the revised scope of work. Therefore, no contract will be awarded under this solicitation. The Consulate intends to issue a new solicitation for hybrid vehicles in the near future. Interested vendors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for updates and future opportunities. The Consulate appreciates all vendors who submitted proposals and thanks them for their interest in U.S. Government procurement opportunities.
