59 -- X-Wing Antenna Accessories

The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to McDowell Research Corporation on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to obtain: antenna mounts, power adaptors, speakers, and audio and power cables. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice lies solely within the discretion of the government.
