The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to Liebert Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THO96065535. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-04. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is a firm fixed price order.
