The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District, intends to negotiate and award a Single Source contract to ABB Inc., 3 Independence Way, Suite 206, Princeton, NJ 08540, for a Circuit Breaker Overhaul Kit and Training. The intent of this procurement is to award on a single source basis under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1).
