NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Native Instinct, LLC located at 3206 Canal Drive, Boynton Beach, FL 33435-8147. Native Instinct, LLC will provide one (1) new Sentry MK4 Thermal Scanning System with a mobile cart to the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center which meets the specifications as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW). This will be a firm-fixed price delivery order due to the proprietary nature of the item being purchased. The place of performance is for the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The John J. Pershing VA Medical Center located at 1500 North Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff MO 63901-3318. The NAICS code is 335312 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is 36C25521Q0065. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 30 days from the date of award for a one-time purchase. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT 13 November 2020 at 11:59 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required supplies. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement 36C25521Q0065, Notice of Intent. If after 13 November 2020, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with Native Instinct, LLC.
