***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE*** Transformer T1-2 & T4-1 Replacement

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to ABC Electrical Services (A Baker Group Company), NAICS Code 335311, Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of a Transformer removal and replacement. A solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside was posted on System of Award Management (SAM) on July 1, 2022, and closed on July 8, 2022, with no offers submitted. A solicitation was posted on SAM for Small Business Set-Aside on July 27, 2022, and closed on August 1, 2022. One offer was determined not to be fair and reasonable. A determination to Issue an Intent to Sole Source is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
