--Software Updating and Technical Support

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Data Physics Corporation, 1741 Techology Drive, San Jose, CA 95110, to purchase a two year standard customer support for SignalStar matrix, mobilizer and calibration software that is compatible with the existing vibration controllers located on White Sands Missile Range. Data Physics is the only one authorized to perform maintenance on these vibration controllers since hardware and software are proprietary to Data Physics Corporation. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
